Refunds:
"NO REFUNDS" under any circumstances, chargebacks are costly, so we have taken steps to keep this site with subscription prices that are reasonable; 1) Being able to sign up for a free account with a profile and submitting a photo, able you to view other members, 2) Not having reaccuring billing, people can forget and then get charged when in fact they may have found someone and not want to continue on the site, only takes a few mintues to pay for another time period..

Chat:
The chat window will take a little time with the options where you can have it look like you want it to, two items of interest, the little screen window towards the bottom and just to the right of icons "B" and "I", that is to set the text color, don't set it to White (#ffffff) or Black (#000000), if wanting black text, use Dark Gray (#333333), then it will always come up black when you come into your Chat window.. You also want to make sure the "checkbox" that is under "options", under "text", that says "use my text color for all received messages" always has a check in it.
